As stewards of our Catholic values, it’s important to ensure that our wishes are known and respected, especially in times of illness or incapacity. Thoughtful planning protects not only ourselves, but those we love and the ministries we hold dear.
You can access the new forms through the Michigan Elder Abuse Task Force’s webpage, or feel free to contact our office if we can help guide you toward Catholic-aligned resources for end-of-life or legacy planning.
If you’ve already named the Church or a Catholic ministry in your estate plan, please let us know so we can honor your intentions through membership in the Immaculate Conception Legacy Society.
Together, we continue to build a legacy of faith, hope, and love.
